Shipping Policy

At GONAÏVES, each piece is thoughtfully prepared with care and attention to detail. Because our collections are produced in limited quantities, all orders require a processing period of 8–10 business days before they are shipped.

Processing Time

  • In-stock orders: Please allow 8–10 business days for your order to be processed, quality checked, and prepared for shipment.
  • Pre-order items: Pre-order pieces follow the same 8–10 business day processing period unless otherwise stated on the product page. Additional production timelines, if applicable, will be communicated before purchase.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time. Orders are shipped only after processing is complete.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days after shipment
  • International: 7–14 business days after shipment

Please note that international orders may experience additional delays due to customs processing, which is outside of GONAÏVES’ control.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order pieces are created in limited quantities to maintain the exclusivity and craftsmanship of each collection. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that your order will require processing time before shipment.

Estimated timelines will always be provided on the product page at the time of purchase.

Order Changes & Address Updates

Please ensure your shipping information is correct before completing your purchase. If you need to make a change to your order, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes can be made.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

GONAÏVES is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance with delivery issues.
